CARE Lab is committed to the design and control of lightweight, affordable wearable robotic solutions that improves mobility and independence for individuals with physical disabilities.  Our mission is to develop innovative and clinically viable control strategies that make powered prosthetics and exoskeletons more accessible, functional, and personalized.  We focus on human-centered design by reverse engineering biomechanical properties to create intelligent control schemes that will have real-world impact in rehabilitation and mobility assistance for disabled individuals.
